   3  Planet UCC is an aggregation of weblogs
   4  for UCC members. Planet UCC was written
   5  from scratch in
   6  <a href="http://www.python.org/">Python</a>
   7  with help from
   8  <a href="http://www.gimp.org/">the Gimp</a>
   9  and other tools.<br />
  10  It currently supports RSS v2 and RDF news
  11  syndication formats, and XHTML as an output
  12  format. Other formats can be added with ease.<br />
