- Found out why sample fell off yesterday
  - The suction pump hose snapped 
  - Fixed with duck tape

- Repeated ellipsometric scan (but not Rs/Rp) of BlackAu sample
  - TODO: Analyse results

- Did ellipsometric scan of Jeremy's Permalloy (FeNi) sample - created model... "convinced" it to fit the results
  - VASE complained about singular fit parameters... probably dodgy
  - TODO: Read about Lorentz model so I can check whether model is appropriate
  - MSE is less than 16 though

- Take ellipsometric scan of Au on Si wafer for comparison
  - I know I did this earlier in the year, but I can't find it, so do again

- Meanwhile, turn filament on so that I can take TCS of Si and Steel
