Added ProcDev/SysFS + Cleanup
- Added /Devices/system (ProcDev or SysFS)
> Allows exposing of kernel buffers to usermode (readonly)
- Added use of ProcDev to VFS to expose Mounted filesystems and loaded
filesystems.
- Created tSpinlock type to make sure that spinlocks are volatile
