General Cleanup, Implemented DMA Allocation
- Cleaned up debugging and added notice of loading a module
- Added doxygen comments to common.h
- Fixed the dynamic modules not loading due to a buggy linker script
- Added MM_AllocDMA to allow memory of a specific bit depth to be allocated
- Various bugfixes and export adds
