- Changed kernel to be compiled withough -fleading-underscore to allow
  modules to be statically linked with the kernel successfully.
- Moved the BochsVBE driver to the Modules tree
- Cleaned up and disabled debug in the FDD driver
- Fixed bugs in VFS_MkNod that caused an infinite loop
- Cleanup in FAT and EXT2 Drivers
