   1 To get syslog and nginx to work correctly:
   2 * Update nginx with the latest config file
   3 * Copy the config file to /etc/rsyslog.d/
   4 * Restart rsyslog with /etc/init.d/rsyslog restart
   5 * chmod the log file: chmod 644 /var/log/mctxserv.log
